Qi Gong: a practice for less stress
and more energy
My name is Sheli, and I have a BSc in Physiology. I teach Medical Qi Gong—a therapeutic form of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is an alchemy of strategic exercise, stretching, breath work, mindfulness, and meditation. With my background in Western medical science and deep training in Eastern healing, I bridge the gap between the two worlds to support true, lasting health. Through the consistent practice of Medical Qi Gong, I have brought my body into complete remission from:
- Lupus (autoimmune)
- epilepsy
- osteoporosis
- migraines
- regular stomach ulcers
- thyroid disease
- insomnia
- high blood sugar
- lost 10kg / 22lbs
- repaired damaged metabolism
- hairline fracture in foot (3 years)
- rib injury (16 years)
- painful swollen acne
Qi Gong is a practice for less stress and more energy! It can be used as both preventative medicine and to help the body heal from illness or disease. It is most commonly used to:Â
- heal from injury and disease
- slow the aging process
- live your best life
- maximise energy
- strengthen the body and the mind
Qi Gong is self empowering. Today we often have long waits to see doctors and specialists. With Daily Cup of Qi you can start today in your own home! Take charge of your own health, no waiting required! Scroll to the bottom to read and see videos about all the things that Qi Gong is used for!
My journey to Qi Gong
Less Stress, More Energy
Its all about Homeostasis
This Isn’t Just Another Wellness Method. It’s the One Method Everything Else Came From.
Qi Gong is not just another healing tool.
In a world full of wellness trends—new apps, new methods, new techniques—Qi Gong stands apart. It’s not something recently invented. It’s one of the oldest healing systems on earth, with a lineage that stretches back thousands of years.
Most people don’t realize this, but Qi Gong came first.
Qi Gong is the source of many modern wellness practices. Exercise, breathwork, mindfulness, stretching routines—even somatic therapy—all draw from principles that Qi Gong has been integrating for generations.
But over time, we’ve broken it apart. We’ve turned it into fragments: exercise in one class, breathwork in another, meditation here, mindfulness there. We’ve lost the full picture.
Qi Gong isn’t a mix of techniques—it’s the original system.
It is strategic and healthy exercise. It is breathwork. It is meditation, mindfulness, and meridian work—all in one session.
And it has one thing the others don’t: Qi.
Qi is the intelligence of the body. And modern methods don’t know how to work with it. Qi Gong does.
Qi guides the practice from the inside out. It connects everything. It restores rhythm and function to the organs, the breath, the nervous system. This is how healing becomes possible—not by forcing change, but by awakening the body’s natural intelligence.
Qi Gong shifts the nervous system out of stress mode (sympathetic) and into healing mode (parasympathetic). From there, the body begins to breathe better, digest better, sleep deeper, and restore itself—naturally.
And the results speak for themselves. They go far beyond what most people expect—because most people have never experienced a system that works with Qi.
This isn’t just ancient wisdom—it’s the medicine our modern world needs most.
